Refund and Returns Policy

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal

For Consumers:

1. Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform UAVspaces B.V. of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email to [email protected]). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
3. Return Shipment: After notifying UAVspaces B.V. of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
4. Condition of Goods: You must handle the product and its packaging with care and only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Refund: If you withdraw from this contract, UAVspaces B.V. shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. UAVspaces B.V. may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Article 2 – Defects and Complaints

For All Buyers:

1. Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, you are required to inspect them to determine if they are in satisfactory condition and match the description provided.
2. Visible Defects: If you notice any visible defects or discrepancies, you must report these to UAVspaces B.V. within 14 days of receiving the goods.
3. Non-Visible Defects: If any defects are discovered that were not visible at the time of delivery, these must be reported within 14 days of discovery, but no later than 6 months after delivery.
4. Handling Complaints: Complaints should be reported to UAVspaces B.V. via email at [email protected]. The email should include the nature of the complaint, the product details, and your contact information.
5. Resolution: UAVspaces B.V. will respond to complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the complaint. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, UAVspaces B.V. will respond with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.

Article 3 – Returns Process

1. Return Authorization: Before returning any goods, you must obtain a return authorization from UAVspaces B.V. Returns will only be accepted if they comply with our return instructions.
2. Return Condition: All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products that are damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Proof of Return: You are advised to use a traceable shipping method and to retain proof of shipping until your return is processed and your refund is issued.

Article 4 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

1. Business Buyers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to buyers acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
2. Custom Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
